Happy Christmas!

Funny story, this morning my companion wasn't feeling very well, he got up to go use the bathroom and it woke me up. I got up said my prayer and started working out. My companion walks out of the bathroom and says "what the are you doing?" Its 4 in the morning!" I was like what the heck, no wonder I can't keep my eyes open! I thought the alarm went off and I just slept through it. So when I saw my companion up I was like oh no, I need to get out of bed!!

So this week has been really good! We have been finding a lot of people that are interested but are really busy or leaving town for the holidays! But its okay, we'll have a lot of people to teach at the start of the year. We took a less-active kid this week to YM, the Stake Youth Christmas party and the ward party, so that was really good! The ward Christmas party was a lot of fun. We played a lot of games and ate a ton of yummy food! We have our Christmas Conference tomorrow at the temple.  We have to leave at 5 today to get there by 9 tonight. I'm excited to go to the Temple. Its weird because this is the longest time I have gone without seeing a temple. In Utah there is one around every corner, what a blessing that is. People do seem to be a lot happier this time of year, so we have a lot of good conversations everyday.  Another thing that is weird is people say Happy Christmas more then Merry Christmas! This Christmas has been so different then what I'm used too but I LOVE IT! We have had a lot of apt. this week that were cancelled at the last min. so that gets a little frustrating. If you could pray that when people set apt. that they will follow through that would be much appreciated! Its good to hear USU won there bowl game! BYU better pull it off on the 20th! Thanks for all your prayers and your wonderful support! I love you all! Cheers.

Alma & Amulek

We have moves this week on Wednesday, but I don't think there will be to many moves as Christmas is really close!  This week has been a little frustrating but its okay! We had about 5 teaches all planned out and ready to go and all of them fell through.  We did teach a Chinese girl on the street, but she is leaving town for the Holidays. She said she would read the Book of Mormon! This week we met a cool family knocking. They let us in for 5 min and we talked about the plan of salvation. They have a boy that is 10 years old.  We are going back hopefully tomorrow, they were interested so I'm super excited for that! I have been reading this week about Alma and Amulek.  I love the story of when they are in the prison strapped down with cords and the people are spitting on them and slapping them in the face, and then Alma stands up and says a prayer and the power of God comes upon them and they brake the cords and the prison walls fall down!  Try and tell that story to someone and not feel the spirit, its impossible! I always get the chills when I tell it. It is a miracle to have the chance to teach people this wonderful gospel. And to see the blessing pour into their lives. I'm so excited for Christmas and to see my wonderful family! I hope everyone is enjoying this magical season.  I love you all! thanks again for all you do! Cheers!!

"And Alma and Amulek came forth out of the prison, and they were not hurt; for the Lord had granted unto them power, according to their faith which was in Christ....."  Alma 14:28

Uplifting Week!

This week has been a very uplifting week! We had Zone Conference and it was amazing! It was on Wednesday. We traveled on Tuesday night because it took about 4 hours to get to the chapel.  We stayed in a flat with 8 others missionaries. It was probably the worst night of sleep I've had on my mission, but it was fun! In the morning all 10 of us had to share one shower!  The Conference was good.  Elder Kearen from the Seventy was there, he is also in the Area Presidency. He had us all come with questions, and he just stood at the pulpit and would speak for  3 min. stop and listen to the spirit for about a min., then he would keep going. Everyone I talked to had their question answered. President Millar did very well also. We are getting about 50 more Elders and 50 Sisters in our mission in the next couple months. Everyone is excited!

This week we picked up 3 new investigators. Two of them are a mother and her 11 year old daughter. They are super cool.  I love Christmas time! Its like the best thing ever. On Saturday we got to go carolling with the ward in front of the Abby. I Read some cool chapters this week! Alma 8-10. Good for anyone preparing for a mission! If you have time, read them! Thanks for all your prayers and support, it means a lot. CTR and you'll be happy!

P-Day in Bath!

Guidance

I had a good week! Actually I would say a very wet week there has been so much rain, the river Avon that runs through Bath is about 10ft higher then normal and about 10 ft wider, its crazy! There has been a lot of flooding, so our trains and buses have been cancelled or delayed this week! All the fields near the river look like big ponds, its wild!  We had a great Thanksgiving dinner. There is a lady from our ward from America that invited us over on Friday and we had a feast, it was really good! It was Stake Conference yesterday. One of our investigators was able to come, his name is Ben. Ben is 22 yrs. old and if I knew him at home he would be my best friend.  We saw him almost everyday last week. Hopefully he will have a baptism date by the end of this week. Elder Richards of the 70 was at conference. He talked about how the more we serve the happier we will be. Cool experience this week:  Saturday night we had about 2 hours where we planned to knock. So we looked at the map and prayerfully decided where to go.  We picked a couple roads in this area and headed off. On the way we walked past this little circle that had about 8 houses. We kept walking and got to the road we were planning on knocking but we both felt we needed to go back to that little circle. so we did.  The second door we knocked on was a very nice man. He told us his ancestors were some of the first members of the church from Scotland. He didn't know much about us and what we believed so he wants us to teach him. We have an appointment with him tonight!  Always listen to those thoughts that come into your head, as long as you are being good the Holy Ghost will give you guidance. I love you guys, thanks for your wonderful examples, prayers and support. Have a great week! Cheers!

Thanksgiving week!

This week has been so great!  We went on 2 exchanges.  Once with the district and once with the Zone Leaders. I stayed in Bath both times!  We got 5 new investigators just this week!  While on exchanges it was the first time I have knocked on a door and actually taught someone! It was a really good experience!  We had 2 investigators at church yesterday which was great! Our ward is doing a ward fast this month which has really shown how much the Lord helps when we humble ourselves. The only bad news this week is that Chahra and Martin have decided they don't want us to come around anymore, but we need to go chat with them to see what happened.  I'm going to miss playing some American football on Thursday, but its okay because we have a dinner appointment with the coolest family ever!  All the English people make fun of us celebrating thanksgiving, they ask why do you celebrate a day about Indians? It is pretty cold here, but today is actually warm!  Bath continues to amaze me, its beautiful but very expensive. We don't have any pound shops or a primark , it is very posh, which makes it beautiful. I do have a scripture of the week! Its a good one!  D&C 121:33, the powers of heaven! This scripture gets me excited, love it! have a great week! enjoy the snow, I miss it! Cheers!

Cold Bath

What a great week! ha ha its been a tough week! But like every other week, it has been good! The low of the week is our baths... The water heater has been broken for the last couple of days so we wake up cold and have to get in a freezing cold bath! Its been making me work out hard so I'm sweaty and hot before I have to bathe. Once my feet hit the water, my breath is gone. I scream the whole time I'm trying to wash myself.  Chahra and Martin have been tough to get a hold of this week, we were only able to see them once and we took them a couch. They were sick yesterday and unable to come to church.  We decided to start focusing on finding again. This upcoming week we will be knocking a contacting a lot. Last P-Day was really fun. We went to a place called Lacock! And it is a beautiful place! The Lacock Abby is where some of Harry Potter was filmed! I am doing really good. I love the mission! Is everyone getting ready for Christmas. Bath is the most beautiful city with all the lights, it amazing! I'm hoping we will get to do something fun for Thanksgiving!

I've walked where Harry Potters walk!

Snowing

What a great week! Halloween wasn't too exciting but Bonfire night was!! On Halloween, it was pouring rain and I saw about 5 trick or treaters.I did have pumpkin pie on Halloween so that was good! Saturday night was Bonfire night which is a ward party. They had a ton of fireworks, so it made up for me missing the 4th of July.  Dan had the flu this week so we were unable to go to the Temple. Hopefully he will be better this week so we can teach  him. Sunday was a crazy day! I woke up and it was snowing! I thought I was back in Utah ,the snowflakes were huge! The snow was even sticking to the ground. We had ward council in the morning we were the first ones at the Church and then the bishop and a few others showed up. Because of the weather, they decided to cancel church!  A few more people showed so we ended up having testimony meeting for about 30 min. Chahra and Martin are doing better, we taught them the word of wisdom and bought them some substitutes for coffee and tea. We are still working really hard with them.  They need to commit to coming to church and actually come! We are having family night with them tonight. We have been doing a lot of finding, a lot of knocking in the rain and coming home really wet, but I seriously love it! I love the story of Abinidi. I think it is my favorite. He did everything the Lord asked him to do, he didn't see anything come out of it and he was put to death because of his faith. If it wasn't for him, Alma wouldn't have baptised hundreds. Faith is the key to everything we do. The Lord can do anything. It is on our part to have the faith. Thanks for all your prayers and support. Say hi to Alex for me when he gets home! Love you all! Cheers!!

Warm and Happy

This week has been really good! We got move calls yesterday. I am staying in Bath!!!! I love Bath, if you didn't know its the best place in the world. I'm also staying with Elder Price. This week we taught a Bath Rugby player. He is the star of the team.  He is from Samoa and is a big guy, but super nice! He also plays on the Samoa Nation team. He said he is going to get us some Bath Rugby stuff so were pretty excited about that. We had a pretty good teach with him, but he is going to be back in Samoa this week and the next week he'll be in France so hopefully we can contact him when he gets back. Chahra and Martin are tuff. We had 3 appointments with them this week and only had the chance to see them once. They still want to get married and baptised, but they need to start making commitments. We are going to the Temple on Saturday with an investigator named Dan. He is a good guy but won't commit to a baptism date. He will be able to feel the spirit very strong at the Temple and have a strong desire to be baptized, I'm sure of it. The highlight of my week was last night. It gets dark here around 5:30, we had an appointment with Chahra and Martin and they weren't home. It was raining, dark and very cold. I forgot my gloves and had on a small jacket that doesn't really keep me too warm. But we went and knocked on some doors. Most of the people didn't even give us a chance to speak. But there were 2 doors I was able to bear my testimony of the truthfulness of this Gospel and how is has blessed my life. At the end of the road I was drenched but I didn't feel cold, I felt very warm and I can't even explain how happy I felt. Our heavenly Father loves us. If we do what he says he will bless us, I know it. Thank you for your examples and all your prayers.

Baptism date!

This week has been really good! Chahra and Martin excepted a baptism date of 1 Dec. They really want to get baptised but we need to get them married that is the only thing holding them back. We are recording our rap today for christmas, I think I will be able to send it too you. They are filming the new Les Miserables in Bath. We saw them filming last night! We have found some cool people and have some return apt. this week hopefully they turn out!
My new favorite scripture this week is D&C 35:13-14. It talks about thrashing the nations. It gets me pumped up!

My family is the best! I love you guys so much. Have a great week, and remember the Lord is bound when we do what he says but if we do not what he says, we have no promise! The Lord knows what is best for each and every one of us. Listen to the still small voice, read and pray everyday, you WILL be blessed!! Read Alma 5, and think if Alma was speaking to you.

Testimony!

This week has been a really good week! My comp has been feeling sick this week. One day we didn't leave the flat.. that was a long and not a fun day! He is feeling better now, so that's good! Saturday evening was the highlight of the week. There was a baptism in Trowbridge and Chahra and Martin were able to come. The spirit was very strong and Chahra and Martin said they loved it, that it made them happy and made their week. They had a short testimony meeting at the baptism.  Afterwards Chahra said that she wanted to go up and say something but was too scared. The next day we got a 5 page text from Chahra and she bore her testimony in the text! is was awesome! We are hoping to have a marriage and baptism date for them by the end of this week. Keep them in your prayers! We also had a guy named Dan at church yesterday, I think he is homeless he doesn't say much, but a very nice guy. Thank you for all your support and prayers. I don't have much time this week, we are making a rap in our zone for our Christmas song, so that will be fun! Have a great week! Cheers!!

Conference Weekend!

What a great weekend! It was weird watching the Priesthood session on Sunday morning. We watched the Saturday morning session on Saturday evening, then we watched the Priesthood session Sunday morning, then the Saturday afternoon at 1 pm on Sunday. We got to watch the Sunday morning session live on Sunday evening we haven't seen the Sunday evening session. My favorite talk was Elder Hollands talk. I just had the biggest burning feeling in my heart. Feed my sheep. I love those words. It was pretty crazy to hear about the new mission rules how you only have to be 18! Personally I'm  glad I had the chance to go to college for a year. It is cool to hear about revelations that the prophet has directly from God. The month of September we had 29 baptisms and that is the most this year in a single month. The work is always progressing. Chahra and Martin are so cool.  They have so many experiences that they know are happening because they have been reading the Book of Mormon and saying their prayers. They texted us on Friday and said they wanted to be baptized. What a great text to receive! They still need to get married and quit smoking but their desire is what is important. Keep them in your prayers, we are meeting with them tonight. Missionary work is hard, but I have become someone I never thought I could be. God knows what we can become better then we do, be grateful for the trials in your life, they help you grow closer to Jesus Christ and if we have faith and honestly seek for help, he will always be there for us. You guys are all amazing and thank you so much for all your support! I have a great P-Day planned, super excited!!

The spirit is the key!

This week has been such a great week! It was the first time I had investigators at church! Chahra, Martin and Angel were able to come to church. Angel is there little baby, very cute girl. We went and picked them up and  on our way to church Angel started throwing up all over! It was such a mess, but it was all good. They loved church.  We had a lesson with them on Friday and it was the best lesson I have ever been a part of. We were talking about faith and reading some scriptures and we asked them to read a verse and as they did the spirit there was so strong. After they finished reading they both looked up and said they felt this amazing warm peaceful feeling come over them. Ahh! It was so cool! The spirit is the Key! They said they would like to be baptized, but they aren't married so we have to go over the law of Chastity with them. I have faith that they will get baptized! I received my first calling last week! I'm P-Day President fun stuff! A funny story that happened this week! We were out street contacting for a couple of hours one day and my companion told me to try and fit in the word "cowboy" with the next person we talked to. I went up to this lady and tried to stop her and she said she wasn't interested and kept walking so I grabbed a card to give to her and instead of saying here is our card.. I said here is a cowboy. She looked at me so weird and my comp just started laughing, good times. We met a Bath rugby player the other day, he is from New Zealand, really cool guy. We are hopping to teach him this week! Its good to here that the boys and summer are doing well in football! We met some other kids the other day playing football and we told them to give us a call when they play, but they called yesterday so we couldn't. That is sad to hear about Brock, he was a good kid. I'll keep his family in my prayers! Keep me updated on my teams! Good to hear USU is doing well! That will be a big game on Friday! Does Heber know that Tottenham beat Man. United! Love the work. The Lord gives us challenges to make us stronger! With great power comes great responsibility. Uncle Ben to Spider-Man.

High Hopes

It has been a good week!  We have 3 new investigators this week, so that is cool! They are a little crazy.. but cool.  A crazy thing happened this week.  Last week we found the lady on the bus with the new baby and got her phone number. This week we prayed for a road to knock on doors. One of the doors we knocked was where the lady that we meet on the bus lived! It was cool cause we could not get a hold of her on the phone. But now we know where she lives!  Another cool experience happen this week.  We were going to see a former investigator that lived about 45 min. away from Bath. When we got there we were hungry because our dinner appointment cancelled. We stopped in a place called LIDLE, its a German store to grabbed a quick snack. On the way out the former investigator we were going to see walked up to us and started talking to us. She was going into the store to get something and then she said she would give us a ride. We waited for her and as she was walking out she slipped and fell and hit her head on the ground. She thought she was fine, but she cracked her head open! We took her into the store and they called the ambulance. It was crazy!  We are going to teach her hopefully sometime this next week. The work is still very hard, but we have high hopes for this transfer. My companion and I are very excited!  I love you all! Cheers mates!

I'm Staying in Bath!

I'm staying in Bath with Elder Price!  What great news! I love it here in Bath!  The ward is just amazing and everything is going wonderful! I hope I get to stay in Bath till Christmas. I feel like I'm part of 4 families here. We had our football game yesterday it was awesome.  The only problem was that none of the investigators showed up.  We have 2 guys in our ward that played semi-pro ball, they are so good. One of them brought some of his old football boots and told us we can have them! The kind that he brought were the same ones that I had at home, and just the same size. It felt great to be in those boots again and playing the best sport ever. Yesterday we met the coolest lady on the bus. She had a little girl that was about 3 years old and then a baby that was only 13 days old. We got her number cause she was in a hurry to get off the bus.  We are calling her tomorrow. She said she would love to hear the message we have to share! We are praying that it will work out! Its starting to get a little bit cooler, and gets dark at about 8:00. But I would rather walk around when its a little cooler then really hot, so I'm not complaining!  I miss you all and thanks for all the letters, I feel like summer is a lot better at English and writing then I am. She makes everything perfect, its great!  I love you guys.  You know that I pray and think about you everyday and night. You guys are amazing! CTR! Cheers mates!

Hard to get appointments!

This week has been a difficult week. We are teaching about 4-5 people but its hard to get appointments. They always say they will come to church but they never do! We just need patience and faith. Yesterday was pretty funny. I was on my way to church and we were running a little late I was looking down trying to fix my tag I ran into a pole and fell down. It was bad because there were 5 people in front of me that saw it. We have a football game planned tomorrow night. We will hope to have 3 investigators there!  My comp and I went to this little grass field this morning  just to kick the ball, it felt good! There is a couple we are teaching who are cool.  Chahra and Martin. Martin has a doggy background, but since June 25th he has cleaned himself up. That is the same day that I got to Bath!  So every time we go there, he always likes to say the prayer and always says thanks for June 25th. We are going to invite them to be Baptized today if we can see them.  They will need to get married! This week is moves. I can't believe its already been 2 moves, they go by so fast. I hope I don't move. I love it here in Bath. The ward here is so amazing, and so helpful in missionary efforts. Thanks for your prayers and letters. You guys are the best!

Give us 30 min.!

Before I left on my mission, everyone told me I would get so many blessing for serving...

"Show me the Scotsmen who doesn't love the thistle, show me the Englishman who doesn't love the rose, show me the TRUE BLOODED AGGIE from Utah, who doesn't love the spot... where the sage brush grows!!! Utah State hey! Aggies all the way! GO AGGIES! GO AGGIES! HEY! HEY!"
Man that makes me so happy! I wish it could have happened last year! When I heard this I was dying to call all my Utah buddies!  I'm impressed by Utah for making it such a close game. USU is an amazing team I'm surprised it was that close. PAC 12 losing to WAC. Got to love it!

This week has been great!! The weather has actually been good this week, pretty warm and a lot of sun. Teaching has been hard.  We have a bunch of investigators but they are always busy so they never let us come over! Most of our appointments come from us going to there house and knocking. If we try and call and set up an appt. it doesn't work to often. There are so many cool people we have been meeting, I just wish they would give us 30 min. to come teach!  We set up another football game next Tuesday.  I'm excited for that. Two of our investigators said they would love to come!  This week when we went on exchange my companion had a little surprise for me... We taught a 23 year old girl the Law of Chastity, he made me lead the discussion and do most of the talking!! A lot of prayers walking over to that house. I guess when I started talking my face went bright red.. but other then that, it went really well. I have one more week of being trained, I can't believe it has already been 2 transfers, time fly's!! Love you all, thanks for all you prayers and letters, they mean the world to me. Cheers!! Go Blue!(BYU and USU)

One door shuts another door opens!

This week has been a good week! We didn't teach as much as last week and some of our investigators have gone a little crazy on us, but its okay. When one door shuts another door opens! We are going to do more finding this week so we can increase our teaching pool. Yesterday at church we had a pretty cool miracle, a guy that I met about a month ago on a bus just showed up to church. He said he loved it and felt that he was at a church in Utah! (haha) He is from Greece and he is an interesting guy. His name is Michael and we are going to help him move this week.  We went to Ben and Philipa's house to teach their family but they were watching the Liverpool Arsenal game.  We watched for a little but then we had to leave.  I had a dream the other night that we had 6 baptisms here in Bath by Christmas, so that is our goal! We know that if we have faith and trust in our Heavenly Father we can do anything that he sees fit. The mission is still very hard, but is getting easier and easier everyday. I still have so much to work and improve on. Thanks for all your prayers, they really help. I love all of you! Go Cougars! Cheers mates!!

A scripture a day!

This week has been an amazing week! We are having so much success and its fun! The lady Hazel said she would get baptised on Sept. 22! We still have a lot we need to talk to her about and go ever, but I really feel like by that time she will be ready! We had zone training and the AP's said they met a family from America in London, they said they knew me! It must have been the Johnsons!  Today we are going into Bristol to see some street art, it will be sweet, look up a guy named Banksy! He does some cool art.  We haven't had the chance to teach Ben and Philipa. But we saw them the other day and they want us to come by sometime this week!  We have a dinner appointment with the Turveys tomorrow and I'm excited for that! We have a lot of investigators and we are praying by the end of the week to have 3 more baptism dates!!  I know we can do it! I'm memorizing a scripture everyday, send me all your favorite scriptures so I can memorize them! I already have moms. (3 John 1:4)  "I have no greater joy then to hear my children walk in truth". I love you mom! The cookies are so good, we made them to celebrate your B-day!! Thanks for everything you guys do!! Your in my prayers.

The Best Week!

Happy Birthday Mum!

So this has been the best week of my mission so far. It has been amazing. We got 6 new investigators this week, which means we taught 6 lessons!! My new companion and I get along very well. We have a lot of similar interest and we both love to work hard but have fun as we do it. When we pray before we leave the flat we pray for a specific person to find, and every time we have found that person we prayed for. One of the coolest things that happened this week was how we found this awesome family. We were going to visit a referral about 8:30 at night and he wasn't in. We started walking back to the bus stop to catch our bus when we heard some screaming coming from a house. We walked by the house and a couple was watching an England Vs. Italy football match! They had the window opened we asked them what happened and they told us England just scored. We asked if we could come in and watch it with them!  We went in the house and watched for 10 min and then it was half time. During half time we were able to teach the whole plan of salvation lesson, it was awesome! They said we could come back and that they had 3 kids that play rugby. So we will see them this week. Their names are Ben and Philipa. Another lady we taught on Saturday said she would get baptized!  We feel like we need to explain and go over everything again so she really understands what we are saying she is a very sweet and nice lady her name is Hazell. Another cool experience we had was we prayed one morning to find a college student that has similar interest to us. That day we found a guy who went to Bath university and played American Football!!! We told him we would love to come to their practices and show them our American skills! The mission is getting better and better everyday. I'm staring to really enjoy the work and loving the English people.  Dad was talking about how he taught Hyrums primary class about Samual the Lamanite! That's cool, because this week, one morning that is the part of the Book of Mormon i was reading from! I love that story. I'm trying to have that faith that Samual had.  Whenever times are the hardest is when I feel like my faith grows the most. Prayer with faith is the goal this week and it has been a great success. I hope everything is going well at home and thank you for all your prayers. I love all of you! Cheers!

Appointments

My new companion name is Elder Price. He is from Montana and has been out for a year.  He is a good missionary.  Since Elder Price has been here, we have done a lot of finding. The other day we did the most knocking I have ever done, it was about 4 hours strait. It was a hot and humid day so we were very sweaty and tired.  We have 5 appointments this week so we finally have people to teach. I pray that they won't cancel on us. I think the hardest part of the day is planning. Because my companion doesn't know the area.  I have to plan the whole day, and its hard cause I don't know the area that well myself. My two companions are very different so its hard to get used to Elder Price. It was cool this week we saw a guy who played for the USA men's beach volleyball team, I think his last name was Gibb or something, and then later that day we were able to hold the Olympic torch. My companion has a picture and said he would email it too me, so I'll send it to you when i get it. Thanks for all the letters everyone has been sending me. I received the package you sent with the Turvery's, I'm excited to make those cookies. I think the thing that has helped me the most on my mission is the Book of Mormon and prayer. There is no way I would still be out here without those 2 things. Praying for specific things is the key, and has strengthened my testimony so much. Next week I'm excited to tell you about how some of our appointments went!  We could finally have some investigators!! That would be really exciting. I hope everything is going well and I'm praying for you all everyday. Cheers!!

New Companion

The start of this week since the last time I emailed you has been crazy! On Monday night we got a call from Pres. Millar and my companion, Elder Perry was asked to be a Zone Leader. So we were both freaking out that night. On Tuesday we did some service for a lady and had lunch there then we came back and Elder Perry went to say goodbye the people in the ward. Once we finished that, we went to play football(soccer), it was so much fun. It was pouring rain and very slippery but we had a blast and we played till about 9:15 and didn't get back to the flat till like 9:45. Then Elder Perry had to get all packed up. He left this morning and it was kinda sad, we got along very well and both liked to work hard. But I haven't met my new companion, he is from Montana and his name is Elder Price. I will meet him at about 6 or 7 tonight. We also had a dinner appointment on Monday night with a very cool family. They are called the Ballochs and they love football, they are going to a Liverpool game tomorrow and said they would get something for me. They recorded the men's 100m dash final, so we were able to watch that. Usain Bolt is insane. Other then that i haven't seen much of the Olympics. The car we drove in yesterday to go play football was so sweet, it was like race car, we had to put straps around both shoulders, it didn't have normal seat belts. We got up to 120 Miles per hour, it was so much fun!!  Remember the lady Sandy that I mentioned about a week ago, it turns out she is a witch!! Weird lady. But on Monday we finally found a guy to teach. He has 4 tractors and seems like a nice guy. His name is Steve. We only talked with him for about a 1 minute but he wanted us to come back so we were both very excited. I'm a little stressed now that Elder Perry is gone because i don't know the area that well and Elder Price has never been to Bath. So I have to know all the transportation and where and who we need to see and I'm just a little nervous, but that is what prayer is for. I'll just rely on Heavenly Father and he will guide us where we need to be. I'm still trying to catch up on writing to people but the work is very busy so its hard to find the time! Tell everyone I love them and thanks for the letters, they really do mean a lot and I love reading them. But Hyrum's letters are still by far the best. I've done the magic trick with the 9 squares like 5 times already, everybody loves it. Hunters B-Day is on Friday, so Happy Birthday Hunter! 18 is a pretty fun age to be, so enjoy it! Next year around this time you'll be getting ready, and it will be here in no time! Thanks for all your prayers, they really help.   Cheers!
