What a Journey!

You alright??
Well.. I feel really weird writing this letter. Last night I felt very excited, and was enjoying packing and all that stuff. This morning I don't feel so excited ha ha I feel a little bit more sad. As I was thinking back of all the good memories I have made, it made me realise how hard it is going to be to leave. I have learned so much these last 2 years, met so many great people, and it is all coming to an end.

I have come to learn that we are all Gods children, He loves each of us, no matter who we are. One of the most important lessons I feel I have learned is the importance of building families on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have been into many peoples homes, active members, L.A members, and also non-members. I have seen the difference in each of these homes, and it comes from how well the Gospel is taught in the home. I have done all I can to be the most effective instrument in the Lords hand, He has really helped me to become the person I have become. I know God did restore His church to the Earth in 1830 through the prophet Joseph Smith, I know that because I have read the Book of Mormon and then asked God if it was true, and He answered my prayer, and confirmed to my heart that it was the word of God. Thomas S. Monson is Gods prophet today. As we apply the things we are taught from him and the Apostles, we will be happy and stronger as individuals and families. Jesus Christ is Gods son. Because  of what he did, we can be with our families forever, because of Him, we can have new beginnings, because of Him, our weaknesses can become our strengths. I know these things are true and I will strive to build the testimony even after I return home. Thanks again for every ones support and prayers! I look forward to seeing you all soon!! Cheers!!!(:

Coming home!

It has been another great week in England. The sun came out for us this week, and it felt beautiful. We had a lot of success this week finding and teaching. One of our investigators named Steven who is Chinese came to church for the first time and said he felt very peaceful and happy(the spirit maybe?) I don't know how I feel about every ones email speaking of me coming home, I still have a good amount of time left! ha ha The work is going well, we have been teaching a lot of Africans lately as well, they are great people and make lovely food(: Thanks for every ones support and love. I'll work hard till the end.   President is letting my companion and I go to Central London for my last P-Day!

What is Truth?

This week has been great, just as every other week has been. I feel like I speak about the same things each week, so sorry if my emails are boring. This week I would like to pose a question you can all think about.  We speak with a lot of Muslims, Buddhist, Seeks, and other Christian faiths. Everyone seems to have the "truth." So what it the truth? We are blessed to have a prophet on the Earth today. All truth comes from God, and truth is something that never changes, no matter what. This week I have studied a lot about Dispensations, times when God has a Prophet on the Earth, each prophet since the world began, starting with Adam, taught truth. Thomas S. Monson receives direction from God, and he teaches us those things, we know the truth. All other faiths may BELIEVE they have all the truth, but we KNOW we have the truth because of 2 things, one a prophet, two the Holy Ghost.  Our investigators are doing well, we are teaching a lot of University students, we go around teaching very short lessons because people are very busy with exams, but it is amazing how the Spirit works in a 15 minute teach. Thanks for all your prayers and support! Have a brilliant week! Cheers!

Sun came out!

It has been a great week! Mostly rainy, then the sun came out and smiled on us the during the weekend. This week has been very busy, we had a few meetings in preparation for the new transfer. We also had a couple exchanges. One of the highlights this week was being able to teach a group of Wentworths Chinese friends that he set up. Wentworth is a great help to us, he does a lot of the teaching in Chinese. Finding in the sun is great, on Saturday we spent about 4 hours just on the streets speaking to people. The stake had a Sports Day today, all the missionaries from the zone got to do a 100mm dash... I won, not big deal. Thanks again for every ones prayers and support. I love you all! Have a great week, cheers!

Singing in the Rain!

It has been a fun week! Super busy with traveling and meetings the first part of the week, then a lot of finding and teaching the second half of the week. It is really nice having a car right now because it is rained everyday this week, and next week it is supposed to be raining also. Thats ok, because when your knocking and contacting in the rain, the pretty your wife is getting. That is why the missionaries that serve in England have very pretty wives. My new companion is from England, he is from up near Birmingham. He is very musical.  He is super good at piano and singing. He actually did music lessons with one of the guys in the One Direction boy band. He is a good guy and we are having fun together. Andrew and Wentworth went and did baptisms in the Temple this week, they both loved it, it was really cool talking with them about it. We are working with some great people right now, but they are all progressing quit slow, all the University students are in the middle of exams and writing there dissertations so a lot of our investigators are really busy. I am doing great! The days are going fast and work is great. Thanks for all your support and prayers, I really do appreciate it. Love you all! Have a brilliant week! Cheers!
